User Conduct
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You may not harass other visitors, post offensive, abusive, or unlawful material, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers, or interfere with its normal operation or security.
User Submissions
The site lets you submit ratings and comments on recipes and send us messages through the contact form.
- Ratings and comments are public. Please do not include personal details such as your email address, phone number, or home address in them. You are responsible for what you write and should only post content that is your own and that you are free to share.
- Your permission. By posting a comment or rating, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on the site. You keep ownership of your own words.
- Moderation. We may edit, decline, or remove comments that are off-topic, promotional, abusive, misleading, or otherwise break these terms, and we are not obliged to publish every submission.
- Contact messages are used only to reply to you. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
Comments express the views of the people who write them, not necessarily ours. Please treat any cooking, substitution, or food-safety advice from other visitors with care.
Recipe and Nutrition Disclaimer
Our recipes are developed and edited to give clear steps, realistic times and temperatures, ingredient substitutions, and food-safety notes. Even so, cooking involves variables we cannot control, so please keep the following in mind:
- Results vary. Ovens, stovetops, cookware, altitude, ingredient brands, and ingredient temperatures all affect the outcome. Times and temperatures are guides; adjust them to your equipment and use your own judgment.
- Nutrition information is an estimate. Any calorie or nutrient values shown are approximations based on typical ingredients and standard serving sizes. They can differ from the real values depending on the brands, quantities, and substitutions you use. They are not laboratory-analyzed figures.
- Allergens. Recipes may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame, and ingredient lists may not name every possible allergen. Always read the labels of the products you buy and check every ingredient against your own or your guests' allergies and intolerances. Substitutions can introduce allergens that the original recipe does not contain.
- Food safety and doneness. Wash your hands, keep raw and cooked foods separate, and refrigerate leftovers promptly. Do not rely on color or cooking time alone to judge whether food is done: use a food thermometer. For example, poultry such as turkey and chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), and ground meats 160°F (71°C). Follow current guidance from your local food safety authority, and take extra care when cooking for infants, older adults, pregnant women, or people with weakened immune systems.
- Not medical or dietary advice. Content on this site, including recipes in categories such as Healthy Eats, is provided for general information and inspiration only. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice and does not replace guidance from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. If you have a medical condition or special dietary needs, speak to a professional before changing your diet.
- Kitchen safety. You are responsible for using knives, hot oil, ovens, grills, pressure cookers, and other equipment safely.

The site contains links to other websites, including our social profiles on Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter), and it displays advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense and other advertising partners. We do not control these external sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Including a link or an ad does not mean we endorse it.
Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. For details on cookies and advertising, please read our Privacy Policy.
