Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Onion Powder
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces (113g) Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar until smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese, parsley, and chives (if using). Be careful not to overmix – you want to keep some chunks of cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
