Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (113g) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) Onion Powder
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces (113g) Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese, parsley, and chives (if using). Be careful not to overmix – you want to keep some chunks of cheese.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
