Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1-3 tablespoons (15-45ml) Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Rice Vinegar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, rice vinegar (if using), and garlic powder.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and the mixture is a uniform pinkish-orange color.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sriracha, one teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired level of spice.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to taste, if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
