Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2g) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking powder
  • 2 cups (200g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (60g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (90g) semisweet chocolate chips for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line the baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal (optional) and lightly grease it.
  3. Combine melted butter and sugar in a large bowl; whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs, pressing slightly into the brownies.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and toasted.
  8. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the warm brownies.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
