Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking powder
- 2 cups (200g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (60g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (90g) semisweet chocolate chips for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line the baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal (optional) and lightly grease it.
- Combine melted butter and sugar in a large bowl; whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs, pressing slightly into the brownies.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and toasted.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the warm brownies.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
