- 2 cups milk (480ml)
- 1/4 cup protein powder (optional, about 30g)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (15ml) – optional, for extra sweetness
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)
Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and break them into smaller chunks for easier blending.
- Measure out peanut butter, milk, protein powder, and sweetener.
- In a high-speed blender, combine bananas, peanut butter, and milk.
- If using, add protein powder and sweetener. Optional: Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and well combined, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a touch more milk.
- Pour the shake into glasses and garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter or a slice of banana on top, if desired.
- Serve fresh to enjoy the best flavors and texture.
