- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, and smoked paprika in a bowl until the honey is dissolved.
- Place the steak in a Ziploc bag, pour the marinade over the meat, squeeze out excess air, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat (approximately 450°F / 230°C). Remove steak from the refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling.
- Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes, rotate 45 degrees, and sear for another 3-4 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Transfer the steak to a warm plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
