Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Trader Joe
- s Balsamic Glaze
- 1 tbsp (15 g) honey
- 1 tsp (5 g) Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting
- Once Brussels sprouts are cooked, remove them from the oven. Drizzle the glaze over the hot Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
