Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Trader Joe
  • s Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  4. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting
  5. Once Brussels sprouts are cooked, remove them from the oven. Drizzle the glaze over the hot Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
