Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño peppers, diced (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup salsa (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in cream cheese and jalapeños, if using, until fully melted and combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Add a portion of beef filling, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Cut each wrap in half or serve whole.
- Serve with salsa, if desired.
