Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeño peppers, diced (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  3. Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and milk.
  5. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Stir in cream cheese and jalapeños, if using, until fully melted and combined.
  7. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  8. Add a portion of beef filling, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  10. Cut each wrap in half or serve whole.
  11. Serve with salsa, if desired.
