Ingredients:
- 1 can (12 oz / 340g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count or 12-count)
- 12 small cubes mozzarella cheese (approx. 0.5 inch / 1.25 cm each)
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for dusting)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Lightly flour your work surface if needed. Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the dough up and over the cheese, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Once out of the oven, brush again with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
- Serve warm.
