Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12 oz / 340g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count or 12-count)
  • 12 small cubes mozzarella cheese (approx. 0.5 inch / 1.25 cm each)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for dusting)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface if needed. Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  3. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the cheese, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Once out of the oven, brush again with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
  8. Serve warm.
