Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the drained spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the dip mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and allow the dip to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies!
