Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in the drained spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the dip mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and allow the dip to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies!
