Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing or your favorite sauce for dipping
- Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Add the cooked chicken and fold the tortillas into wraps.
- Return the wraps to the air fryer basket, seam side down. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with ranch dressing.
