Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10 inches)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing or your favorite sauce for dipping
  • Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Add the cooked chicken and fold the tortillas into wraps.
  5. Return the wraps to the air fryer basket, seam side down. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with ranch dressing.
