Ingredients:

  • 4 medium firm-ripe peaches, halved and pitted (approx. 2 lbs / 900g)
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  2. Brush the cut side of each peach with melted coconut oil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until no lumps remain.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the peaches cut-side down directly over the flame. Grill for 3–5 minutes without moving them until deep, charred grill lines appear.
  6. Flip the peaches so the skin side is down.
  7. Quickly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the center cavity of each peach.
  8. Close the grill lid for 2–3 minutes until the sugar is bubbly and melted and peaches are slightly softened.
