Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

- Press each piece of chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is well-covered on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add the coated chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
