Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Paprika
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)
  • Pinch of black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Ensure no lumps remain.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang, or mustard for a bolder flavour.
  4. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
