Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Paprika
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Pinch of black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Ensure no lumps remain.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang, or mustard for a bolder flavour.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
