- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (2g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Stir in lemon juice, chopped capers, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning or acidity if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
