- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- 6 sandwich rolls or buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, use tongs or forks to shred the chicken inside the slow cooker.
- Stir the shredded chicken into the sauce for even flavor distribution.
- Spoon the shredded chicken onto the sandwich rolls.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add optional garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles.
- Close the sandwiches and serve warm.
