Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) salt, or to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon (0.63ml) black pepper, or to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon (15ml) grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Remove from air fryer or oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if using), and serve immediately.
