Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Celery Seed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, milk, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth, creamy, and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps of sugar remaining.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more sugar for sweetness, vinegar for tang, salt for flavour.
  4. For the best flavour, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Toss the dressing with your prepared coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage, carrots, etc.) just before serving.
