Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Milk
- ½ teaspoon Celery Seed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, milk, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth, creamy, and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps of sugar remaining.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more sugar for sweetness, vinegar for tang, salt for flavour.
- For the best flavour, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Toss the dressing with your prepared coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage, carrots, etc.) just before serving.
