Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, ripe, and preferably frozen
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and roughly chop if not using a high-powered blender.
- Add all ingredients (banana, milk, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup if using, and ice if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a small piece of frozen banana and blend again.
- Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy this peanut butter banana smoothie!
