Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) White Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Water
  • 1 Lemon Peel (zest only)
  • 10-15 drops Lemon Essential Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Dish Soap (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Carefully zest the lemon, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Combine the white distilled vinegar and water in a measuring cup.
  3. Place the lemon peel in a jar. Pour the vinegar mixture over the lemon peel. Let steep for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove the lemon peel.
  5. Add the lemon essential oil and dish soap (if using) to the strained vinegar mixture.
  6. Pour the cleaning solution into your spray bottle.
  7. Shake the bottle gently to combine all ingredients.
