Ingredients:

  • 4 medium green apples, chopped (about 500g)
  • 1 cup (150g) halved red grapes
  • 1 cup (150g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (120g) chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped topping or Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Additional caramel sauce for garnishing
  • Extra chopped nuts for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the green apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped apples, halved grapes, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  3. In a separate bowl, lightly fold the whipped topping into the fruit and nut mixture until well-coated.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  5. Drizzle with extra caramel and sprinkle with additional nuts if desired before serving.
