Ingredients:

  • 24 small pretzel twists (about 7 oz / 200g)
  • 24 Rolos candies (or any chocolate-covered caramel candies, about 7 oz / 200g)
  • Sea salt (for sprinkling, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Arrange half of the pretzels (12) on the baking sheet and place one Rolo candy on top of each pretzel.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft but not melting completely.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately press the remaining pretzels on top of the melted Rolos to form a sandwich.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt before they cool completely.
