Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup (245 g) plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup (30 g) granola
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) chia seeds
  • ½ cup (75 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup (40 g) blueberries or other fresh fruit
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Measure out frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, and almond milk.
  2. Combine frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in the blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if needed. Add more almond milk if too thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie evenly into two bowls.
  4. Sprinkle granola and chia seeds over each bowl, then arrange fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries on top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture and freshness.
