Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana (120g), peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (35g) frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup (40g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 banana (30g), sliced
  • 2 tbsp (15g) low-sugar granola
  • 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Place your serving bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to create a thermal barrier that prevents the smoothie from melting quickly.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and frozen riced cauliflower to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Pour in half of the unsweetened almond milk.
  4. Start blending on low speed, using a tamper or stopping frequently to scrape the sides with a silicone spatula.
  5. Gradually increase the speed until the mixture reaches a thick, soft-serve consistency.
  6. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add the remaining almond milk incrementally.
  7. Transfer the base to the chilled bowl and top with fresh strawberries, fresh banana slices, granola, and hemp hearts.
