Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana (120g), peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (35g) frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup (40g) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 banana (30g), sliced
- 2 tbsp (15g) low-sugar granola
- 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Place your serving bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to create a thermal barrier that prevents the smoothie from melting quickly.
- Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and frozen riced cauliflower to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Pour in half of the unsweetened almond milk.
- Start blending on low speed, using a tamper or stopping frequently to scrape the sides with a silicone spatula.
- Gradually increase the speed until the mixture reaches a thick, soft-serve consistency.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add the remaining almond milk incrementally.
- Transfer the base to the chilled bowl and top with fresh strawberries, fresh banana slices, granola, and hemp hearts.
