  • 1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1 pound/450 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 ml)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (15 ml)

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage, bell pepper, and green onions. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
