Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) Beau Monde seasoning
- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 g) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) finely chopped green onions (scallions)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) dill weed
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add the Beau Monde seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Taste the dip and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve with assorted vegetables, crackers, or chips.
