Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Beau Monde seasoning
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60 g) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) finely chopped green onions (scallions)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
  • ½ teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon (2 g) dill weed

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  2. Add the Beau Monde seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Using an electric mixer or whisk, blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve with assorted vegetables, crackers, or chips.
