Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the center position for even heat distribution.
- Place the frozen lasagna on a rimmed baking sheet to catch drips and prevent smoke.
- Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil, spraying the underside of the foil with non-stick spray to prevent cheese from sticking.
- Bake covered for 45–60 minutes to thaw the interior and heat the meat layers via conduction.
- Carefully remove the aluminum foil to reveal the bubbling surface.
- Return the lasagna to the oven uncovered for an additional 15–20 minutes until the cheese transitions to a mahogany-colored gold.
- Insert an instant-read meat thermometer into the center; remove from heat only when it reads exactly 165°F (74°C).
- Let the lasagna sit undisturbed for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
