Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fresh Strawberries
- 10 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 drops Oil-based food coloring (Pink or Peach)
- 1 tsp Rose Gold Luster Dust
- 0.5 tsp Clear Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries under cold water, keeping the green hulls intact. Pat each berry dry individually with a paper towel and let them air-dry on the counter for at least 20 minutes to ensure no moisture remains on the skin.
- Place white chocolate melting wafers and coconut oil in a deep, narrow microwave-safe glass bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring thoroughly between each burst until 80% melted, then stir until smooth.
- Add a tiny drop of oil-based pink coloring to the melted chocolate and stir until a light blush tone is achieved.
- Holding by the stem, dip each strawberry into the chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let set for 15 minutes until firm.
- Mix the rose gold luster dust with the clear extract to create a metallic paint. Use a soft-bristled paintbrush to apply the shimmering finish to the set chocolate shells.
