Ingredients:
- 24 mini pretzels (about 170g, roughly 6 oz)
- 24 Rolo candies (about 340g, roughly 12 oz)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 170g)
- Sea salt (for topping, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
- Place mini pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and top each pretzel with one Rolo candy.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes, just until the Rolos start to soften.
- Remove from oven; use a spatula or spoon to gently press down on the melted Rolos to spread them evenly over the pretzels.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Using a spoon, drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over each pretzel bite.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Allow the bites to cool at room temperature until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
