Ingredients:

  • 24 mini pretzels (about 170g, roughly 6 oz)
  • 24 Rolo candies (about 340g, roughly 12 oz)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 170g)
  • Sea salt (for topping, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
  3. Place mini pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and top each pretzel with one Rolo candy.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes, just until the Rolos start to soften.
  5. Remove from oven; use a spatula or spoon to gently press down on the melted Rolos to spread them evenly over the pretzels.
  6. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  7. Using a spoon, drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over each pretzel bite.
  8. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  9. Allow the bites to cool at room temperature until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
