- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- br1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- br1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs or breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha in the pan. Stir well while cooking for about 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet with sauce. Toss to coat each piece thoroughly in the sweet and spicy mixture. Cook for an additional minute until everything is heated through.
- Transfer chicken to serving plates; drizzle leftover sauce over top if desired.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over each serving before enjoying!
