Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 2 medium-sized breasts)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas)
- Fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. If using spinach or sliced tomatoes, place a layer of fresh spinach leaves and tomato slices in the center of each tortilla. Spoon an equal amount of the cheesy chicken filling onto each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla over the filling. Roll from one end to enclose all ingredients tightly into a wrap.
- Heat olive oil or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down onto the skillet. Cook for about 3–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing diagonally. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad on the side.
