Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 2 medium-sized breasts)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas)
  • Fresh spinach leaves (optional)
  • Sliced tomatoes (optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. If using spinach or sliced tomatoes, place a layer of fresh spinach leaves and tomato slices in the center of each tortilla. Spoon an equal amount of the cheesy chicken filling onto each tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla over the filling. Roll from one end to enclose all ingredients tightly into a wrap.
  4. Heat olive oil or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down onto the skillet. Cook for about 3–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing diagonally. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad on the side.
