Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) pistachio cream
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1 cup (150g) shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Stir in the pistachio cream, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is glossy.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios using a spatula until evenly distributed, avoiding overmixing.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Optional: Sprinkle the top with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm to the touch.
