Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) pistachio cream
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1 cup (150g) shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Stir in the pistachio cream, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is glossy.
  5. Fold in the chopped pistachios using a spatula until evenly distributed, avoiding overmixing.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle the top with flaky sea salt.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm to the touch.
