Ingredients:
- 2 (6-8 ounce/170-225g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place a single layer of lemon slices in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Place the salmon fillets on top of the lemon slices, skin-side down (if using skin-on).
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill over the cooked salmon. Serve immediately.
