Ingredients:
- 1 sheet (14.1 oz / 400g) ready-made puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup (120ml) jarred pizza sauce
- 3.5 oz (100g) pepperoni slices, thinly sliced or mini pepperoni
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C/Gas Mark 6). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border (about 1/2 inch) around the edges.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly over the pizza sauce.
- Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the puff pastry into small squares (approximately 1.5-2 inches).
- Transfer the prepared pizza bites to the lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- Let the pizza bites cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. Enjoy!
