Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (115g) butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup (100g) chopped pecans, toasted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until well combined and no lumps remain.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in butterscotch chips and toasted pecans, reserving some pecans for garnish.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve No Bake Pecan Pie Dip with your favorite dippers.
