Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (115g) butterscotch chips
- 1 cup (100g) chopped pecans, toasted
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until well combined and no lumps remain.
- Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in butterscotch chips and toasted pecans, reserving some pecans for garnish.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve No Bake Pecan Pie Dip with your favorite dippers.
