Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug (at least 12 oz capacity), whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt until no clumps remain.
- Add the peanut butter, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously from the center outward until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Do not stir; let them distribute evenly.
- Microwave on high (1000W) for 1 minute and 15 seconds until the top looks set and matte and the cake has risen.
- Allow the cake to rest for 2 minutes to allow the steam to settle and the structure firms before consuming.
