Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) plant milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plant based Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla extract
- pinch (0.5g) salt
- 1/4 cup (35g) fresh mixed berries
Instructions:
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt in your mason jar. Note: Stirring these first prevents the chia seeds from clumping together in one big ball.
- Pour in the plant milk, plant based Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously with a fork until the yogurt is fully integrated and no dry pockets of oats remain at the bottom.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries. Note: Press them against the glass for a prettier look.
- Seal the lid tightly.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator.
- Chill for 6 hours 5 mins until the mixture is thick and velvety.
- Give it one final stir before eating.
