- 1 medium carrot, shredded

- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine the shredded cabbage, diced red onion, and shredded carrots in a large bowl. Toss in the chopped cilantro last.
