Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) Malibu coconut rum
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) cranberry juice
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) pineapple juice
  • Ice (to fill the glass)
  • Pineapple wedge or cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add ice to a highball glass until full.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) of Malibu coconut rum over the ice.
  3. Follow with 3 ounces (90 ml) of cranberry juice.
  4. Lastly, add 3 ounces (90 ml) of pineapple juice.
  5. Use a stirring spoon or straw to mix the ingredients lightly.
  6. Add a wedge of pineapple or a cherry on top for garnish.
