Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. (Optional) Add lemon zest for an extra citrus kick.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add marinated chicken pieces in a single layer.
  4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
