Ingredients:

  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1 drop purple food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Pour the heavy cream, milk, and lavender syrup into a mixing pitcher. Add purple food coloring if desired. Stir well and ensure the liquid is completely chilled.
  2. Insert the handheld frother wand at a slight angle just below the surface of the liquid. Turn the frother on high and move it up and down slowly for 15 to 25 seconds until it reaches a pourable cloud consistency.
  3. Pour your chosen iced beverage into a glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Gently pour the lavender cream cold foam over the center.
