Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Gently melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant (but not browned!).
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk (or stir vigorously with a fork) all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes to your liking.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for later use. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
