Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup Light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup Heath toffee bits or crushed Skor bars
- 1/4 cup Salted peanuts or pecans, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a medium mixing bowl.
- Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the mixture for 2–3 minutes until the texture is light, airy, and no sugar granules remain.
- Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of your serving dish, smoothing the top to create a flat surface.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer. Use the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges, ensuring a perfect golden coating.
- Generously sprinkle the toffee bits and chopped nuts over the caramel layer.
- For the best consistency, refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and the base to firm up.
