Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup Heath toffee bits or crushed Skor bars
  • 1/4 cup Salted peanuts or pecans, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the mixture for 2–3 minutes until the texture is light, airy, and no sugar granules remain.
  3. Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of your serving dish, smoothing the top to create a flat surface.
  4. Pour the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer. Use the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges, ensuring a perfect golden coating.
  5. Generously sprinkle the toffee bits and chopped nuts over the caramel layer.
  6. For the best consistency, refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and the base to firm up.
