Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.625ml) Salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In the mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and completely emulsified.
  3. Give it a taste! Adjust the honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang, or salt to your liking.
  4. For the best flavor, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
  5. Transfer the honey mustard to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
