Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) Garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.625ml) Salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In the mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and completely emulsified.
- Give it a taste! Adjust the honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang, or salt to your liking.
- For the best flavor, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
- Transfer the honey mustard to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
