Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 g)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (5 ml)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill pickles and capers.
  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
