Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped (15 g)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (5 ml)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Stir in the chopped dill pickles and capers.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
