Ingredients:
- 4 cups Fresh, Clean Snow
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- Collect fresh, clean snow in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Gradually pour the milk mixture over the snow, gently folding it in with a whisk or spoon. Be careful not to overmix, as the snow will melt quickly.
- Add more milk if the mixture is too dry, or more snow if it's too wet. Aim for a soft-serve ice cream consistency.
- For a firmer texture, transfer the snow cream to the freezer for 15 minutes (optional).
- Spoon into bowls and serve this delicious snow cream recipe immediately.
