Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened (optional)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and goat cheese (if using).
- Stir in minced garlic, chopped chives, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Bring to room temperature before serving for optimal spreadability.
