Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened (optional)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and goat cheese (if using).
  2. Stir in minced garlic, chopped chives, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving for optimal spreadability.
