  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions:

  1. Let the unsalted butter sit at room temperature until it is soft.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic cloves, using a garlic press if desired.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Optional: Add lemon juice for an extra zing.
  4. Use a spatula to thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
