Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 6-8 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced onions, pickles
Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork.
- Using shredding forks or a hand mixer, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker until it is fully combined with the sauce.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the hamburger buns.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and any additional toppings you desire.
- Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy!
