Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6-8 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced onions, pickles

Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork.
  5. Using shredding forks or a hand mixer, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker until it is fully combined with the sauce.
  6. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the hamburger buns.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and any additional toppings you desire.
  8. Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy!
