- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese, for serving
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, allowing the spices to bloom.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer. Add elbow macaroni and cook until macaroni is tender, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in frozen corn and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
