  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, allowing the spices to bloom.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add elbow macaroni and cook until macaroni is tender, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
